Miles of Smiles:)

I wanted to share with you some of the many smiles I’ve seen lately here at Studio 22! Aren’t they precious… especially at 8 days old! I have been so busy it’s hard to find time to post to the blog..you may have noticed it was down for awhile too. I was unaware of that until I decide to post this….sorry 
I’m not good at all this website technical stuff so I’ll leave that to the experts (aka my husband) and get back to the cuteness! I really do look forward to my sessions with these little ones and their families. Here is a letter I received from the Mama of the little guy at the top in the green hat:
“Oh my! What a beautiful job you did with our little “G”! Thank you for capturing such special memories of him! We have just been admiring the photos over and over and are enjoying sharing them with everyone from across the miles. Thanks for having our gallery ready for viewing so quickly also. Thanks again!”
Thanks “A”… It brings me so much joy and fulfillment to know I am making a difference with my work. Knowing you will cherish your photos for years to come makes me so happy and puts a smile on MY face!
I had a VERY exciting shoot on Monday. J called me and said he wanted to do a session that afternoon with his girlfriend and their new puppy. It was short notice because he got leave and she was only in town for a short time. We set up the time and place and then he nonchalantly adds that he will be proposing to her during the session! It got me second guessing the location we had set up and if I could act normal during the session until he popped the question! Well it was perfect! (Have I mentioned before that I LOVE my job!) We went to Clark Park and when we got to the covered bridge I thought it would be a perfect spot so I just kept hanging around there…not taking them to the next spot…hoping he would ask her there because it was so “picture perfect!” And he did! He said ” How about we try one more pose, like this.” Then he got done I one knee and asked her. I was almost in tears…I’m a crier! I had to tell myself…get it together Rachael…you need to document this!! She cried and kissed him and he said,” So I take that as a YES?”
Maggie just flew in from Japan and we had a quick bridal session. She’s getting married tomorrow! I’m looking forward to her wedding because it is sure to be a beautiful and elegant event. I will post photos for everyone later!
D & V were so fun during their session! They make a beautiful couple..don’t you agree? 
Meet the B twins. They are SOOOO sweet. They have a very sweet older sister, too. We had a great session although, like most twin sessions, one twin wanted to sleep and one wanted to be wide awake to see what was going on! I know you can’t really tell from the pictures but that little guy was wide wake!
I have the sweetest friend A. She is such a good mother and friend! She has always wanted to have a session with her and her son (her world,) C. The are like two peas in a pod! Happy Birthday, A!
I met with this lovely couple at the park. They have been married for 10 months and are definitely still in the “honeymoon” phase! They were so sweet! My husband and I are coming up on our 10 YEAR anniversary in two weeks. I told them it will fly by (if your having fun!) 
I met W & L for the first time last week. I was blown away by their beautiful eyes and outgoing attitudes! We had a fun session and I hope to see them again soon!
I LOVE spring! All the new colors, flowers, and warm weather! I also love shooting outside! This little guy just turned one…seems like yesterday I was shooting his newborn session! I love seeing these little guys grow. This little man did not like the grass but loved discovering his shadow!
It’s time for Easter/ Spring Mini Sessions again! Last year was such a success I wanted to add alittle something special this year. So along with every mini session a custom handmade hat will be yours (or your child’s!) The sessions are $75 which includes one hat, the session, web gallery, and 4×6 proofolio. If you have more then one child each additional hat is $20. There are many styles and colors to choose from and when you book a session we can discuss all the details.
